iam update tool

Introduction

the iam update tool provides a facilities to update and configure onboard software of the camera. It combines a solution for the following tasks:

• Update: iam Linux Firmware including FPGA Firmware

• Update: https://net-iam.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/resumedraft.action?draftId=51904638 including https://net-iam.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/resumedraft.action?draftId=79855715

• change the IP Adress of the camera

• Update: Sensorboard Firmware (not implemented yet)

System Requirements

The iam update tool access the camera via an openSSH connection. Therefore a proper ethernet connection is mandatory.

1. Ensure that your network controller is configured. See Configure your Network Controller for more details.

2. On can test the setting by trying to establish an OpenSSH connection.
